Tenders are invited for Supply of Recharge Cards (Two Year Framework Agreement, with Possibility of One Year Extension) The Lebanese Red Cross (LRC) Headquarters hereby invites eligible and registered suppliers in Lebanon to submit a firm offer for the establishment of a Two-year Framework Agreement with possibility of one year extension for the supply of Recharge Cards in accordance with the specifications outlined in the attached Terms of Reference (Annex 3).
