For Decades, The Chilean Business Sector Has Used The Apl Clean Production Agreements As A Key Tool To Promote Sustainability In Your Production Processes. Although They Are An Agreement Voluntary Public-Private Nature Between A Business Sector And State Agencies, These Have Been Translated Into Advances In Water And Energy Management, Waste Recovery, Etc. Currently, The Need Arises To Carry Out A Strategic Analysis That Evaluates The Evolution In The Last 10 Years Of The Agreements In The Agricultural Sector, Its Coherence With The Policies Of The Ministry Of Agriculture, The Impact On Sustainability And Its Contribution To The Fulfillment Of International Commitments. This Study Seeks Not Only To Review The Results Obtained In Terms Of Indicators, Goals And Actions, But Also Also Propose Improvements To The Instrument, Which Accelerate Performance And Impact In The Sector, Ensuring That The Three Dimensions Of Sustainability Are Met: Economic, Environmental And Social. Within The Apl There Is A Subset That Is Part Of The Chile Origen Consciente Choc Program, A Public-Private Initiative That Seeks To Improve The Global Recognition Of Chilean Foods Through Certifiable Sustainability Standards, Which Are Negotiated And Implemented Through An Apl. This Program Stands Out For Its Flexibility, Allowing Producers To Progress From Fundamental Levels To Advanced According To Their Own Capabilities. However, This Flexibility Creates The Challenge Of Identifying The Reasons Why Certain Actions Of The Sustainability Standards Are Not Being Implemented By Producers And Investigate The Reasons Why They Prevent Its Adoption. It Is In This Context, The Study Seeks To Identify These Reasons And Transform These Findings Into Concrete Recommendations To Refine Both Traditional Apl And Program Standards Choc, To Accelerate Sustainable Production In The Agricultural Sector, Institutionally Validated And Competitive Internationally.
