PROJECT TITLE Upgrading of Existing Facilities at KIRCT Permanent Site, KM 1 KanoDawaki Road, Along KanoZaria Expressway, Kano State. 3. SCOPE OF WORKS A. Refurbishment & Upgrading of Conference Hall and Library The works shall include but not be limited to: Timber wall cladding Acoustic suspended ceiling installation Supply and installation of audio-visual Supply and installation of conference room furniture General renovation works B. Renovation of Residential Units 1 No. Four-Bedroom Bungalow 1 No. Three-Bedroom Bungalow 2 Nos. Two-Bedroom Semi-Detached Units 1 No. Two-Room Boys Quarters 4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Interested contractors must submit the following: 1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). 2. Company Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024). 3. Evidence of minimum annual turnover of 500 Million. 4. Evidence of financial capability including: Audited accounts for the last three (3) years Bank reference letter 5. Verifiable list of similar projects executed within the last five (5) years, including: Letters of award Completion certificates 6. List of major construction equipment owned. 7. List of key managerial, technical, and administrative personnel 8. Sworn Affidavit indicating that none of the staff of the Company is working with KIRCT. 9. Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate valid till December 31, 2025 10. Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till December 31, 2025 11. Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till December 31, 2025 12. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on December 31, 2025 issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) 5.
