The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which these Terms of References (ToRs) are issued. Other details are below: The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC_HIN) invites eligible individual consultants to submit bids for an Individual Consultancy to develop modules for e-training content. Requirements are available and can be accessed through:https://ciichin.org/modules-development-consultant/ Well prepared application files in two hard copies in sealed envelopes, must be submitted to CIIC-HIN Offices located at Gasabo District; Nduba Sector; Gatunga Cell; Plot: Plot 1603, not later than 12 March 2026 at 10h30. Late applications will be rejected. Opening of the applications shall be done physically in presence of applicants or representatives on 12 March 2026 at 10h30.
