The Subject Of The Contract Is The Addition Of An Elevator To The Front Facade Of Pavilion A Of The Health Center Building, Pavilion A Has 2 Above-Ground Floors. The Proposed Elevator Shaft Solution Respects The Existing Division Of The Facade. The Elevator Will Have Two Stations Accessible From The 1St And 2Nd Floors. The Elevator Shaft Will Be A Steel Structure, Covered With Clear Glass And Will Be Added To The Area Of The Main Corridors Of The Floor. Ventilation Of The Shaft Will Be Ensured By Natural Air Circulation (Chimney Effect), In The Lower Part, Openings Will Be Made To The Technical Floor From Which The Shaft Will Take Air (Warmer In The Winter And Cooler In The Summer Than Outside) And In The Upper Part Of The Shaft, Active Ventilation Blinds Will Be Placed, Which Will Open Or Close Depending On The Temperature And In Particular Will Serve As Protection Against Overheating Of The Elevator Shaft. The Skeleton Of The Shaft Will Be Self-Supporting, Anchored In A Reinforced Concrete Base Plate. The Foundations Will Be From Lost Formwork, Provided With Insulation Against Water. The Shaft Will Be Deepened Below Ground Level By 1100 Mm. The Basic Dimensions Of The Shaft Are 1810X1910 Mm, The Size Of The Cage Is 1100X1400 Mm, The Automatic Door Is 900 Mm Wide. The Elevator Will Be Powered By An Electric Motor With A Gearless Drive. Entrances From The Corridors Of Individual Floors Require The Removal Of 1 Part Of The Window, Modification Of The Window Sill, Relocation Of The Heating Elements. The Radiators Will Be Placed On The Side Partitions. At The Points Of Exits, Modification Of The Existing Building Structures, Walls, Lintels, And Painting Are Planned. Electrical Wiring For The New Elevator Project Is Being Considered On The 2Nd Floor. The Investor Would Prefer If The Power Supply For The Elevator Was Drawn From The Substation In The Basement Of The Building And Would Be Stored In Rails. The Project Considers Placing The Switchboard For The Elevator Near The Elevator Shaft On The 2Nd Floor. The Investor Would Prefer To Place The Switchboard In The Basement Of The Building. The Roof Of The New Elevator Shaft Will Be Steel, Counter-Top With Metal Roofing And Sufficient Thermal Resistance. The Project Considers The Location Of The Elevator Shaft In Close Proximity To The Pavilions Vestibule. Such A Location Does Not Allow For The Maintenance And Washing Of Glass, Both In The Elevator Shafts And In The Vestibule. Furthermore, Such A Location Does Not Allow The Maintenance Of The Facade Or The Replacement Of The Elevator Shaft Glazing. For This Reason, The Investor Requests The Location Of The Elevator Shaft According To The Attached Drawing No. 01 Pd. This Is Related To The Adjustment Of The English Backyard. The New Location Of The Elevator Is Drawn In Drawing No. 01 Pd. Part Of The Contract Will Be The Development Of Project Documentation For Changes To The Building Before Completion, Incl. Relevant Construction Procedure. The Elevator Cabin Will Have Dimensions Of 1100X1400x2060 Mm. The Capacity Of The Elevator Is 630 Kg For 8 People. The Elevator Cabin Will Be Adapted For Immobile And Disabled Citizens, It Will Be Equipped With Braille Buttons, A Floor Sound Alarm, A Telephone, Emergency Led Lighting And An Overload Notification. In The Event Of A Power Failure, It Will Automatically Reach The Station. A More Detailed Specification Is Attached To Pd, Section A+B+C. Construction And Assembly Work Will Take Place During The Operation Of The Health Center. The Construction Site Must Be Secured By The Contractor In Such A Way That There Are No Injuries To Persons Passing Through The Building. Order Will Be Maintained Around The Building. In Addition To The Work Listed In The Bill Of Quantities, The Contractors Delivery Also Includes The Provision Of The Following Activities: * Completion Of The Work According To The Bill Of Quantities, In Accordance With The Valid Permits, According To The Applicable Standards And Regulations, Including Anticipated Work Related To The Subject Of The Work (E.G. Washing And Cleaning Roads, Transportation Of Materials And Mechanization, Etc.). * Ensuring The Issuance Of A Special Use Of Communication (Omh Klášterec Nad Ohří). * The Contractors Engineering Activities For The Entire Duration Of The Contract Until The Time The Communication Is Handed Over To Its User Back Into Use, I.E. Including Cooperation During The Acceptance Procedure And Handing Over All Necessary Documents Of The Completed Construction. * Appointment Of An Authorized Person Responsible For The Implementation Of The Construction - Installation, Repairs, Reconstruction And Revision Of Lifting Equipment - Authorization To Install Electrical Device. * Ensuring The Necessary Technical And Documentary Documentation Of The Construction, Ensuring The Issuance Of Approval Decision, Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations. All Documents Will Be Marked With The Name Of The Building And Will Be Handed Over After The Construction Is Completed. * Modification Of The Areas Of All Construction Sites Affected By The Contractors Activities, If Their Modification Is Not The Subject Of The Order, Including The Removal Of Damage Caused By The Construction. * Before Starting Construction Work, The Contractor Will Ensure The Marking And Protection Of Utility Networks And Underground Facilities On The Construction Site. * Before Starting The Work, Photo Documentation Of The Current Condition Of Adjacent Buildings (E.G. Buildings, Fences And Fence Bases), As Well As The Land, Will Be Taken. * Ensuring Compliance With Safety Regulations. * Energy Consumption And Construction Site Equipment Costs For The Entire Construction Period Incl. Provision Of Secondary Energy Measurement. * Delineation Of The Building By The Responsible Surveyor Incl. Delineation Protocol, Documentation Of The Actual Implementation, Geodetic Survey Of The Completed Building, Geometric Plan Confirmed By The Cadastral Office. We Require The Processing Of Geodetic Documentation In Jvf Dtm As Well. The Preparation Of The Geodetic Part Of The Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Building Or The Geodetic Basis For The Digital Technical Map Of The Ústí Region, Containing The Geometric, Positional And Height Determination Of The Completed Building Or Technological Equipment, Will Be Prepared In Accordance With § 5 And In The Structure According To Annexes No. 3 And 4 Of Decree No. 393/2020 Coll. On The Digital Technical Map (Dtm Decree), As Amended, In The Currently Valid Version Exchangeable Format According To § 6 Of The Dtm Decree. The Geodetic Base Is Made Using The Existing Digital Technical Map Data. The Geodetic Base Includes An Assessment Of The Continuity Of The New State With The Current State. The Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Must Contain The Protocol On The Acceptance Of The Basis For Recording The Change In The Digital Technical Map Issued By The Regional Office Of The Ústí Region. * The Completed Building Will Be Handed Over For Use By The City Of Klášterec Nad Ohří. For Some Of These Activities, Separate Items Are Not Listed In The Vv. The Costs Of Ensuring The Above Will Be Included And Calculated In The Individual Items Of Construction Work And Thus In The Total Costs Of The Construction.
