The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Repair Of An Artificial Ice Rink In Porvoos Näs District Near Three Schools At Näsin Koulukatu 6, 06100 Porvoo. During 2020, The Field Has Been Built As An Ice Field Equipped With An Artificial Grass Surface And A Freezing System. The Dimensions Of The Field Are Approx. 45 M * 70 M. The Surface Of The Field Is Built In A Horizontal Position At The Level Of The Surface Of The Surrounding Land. The Field Is Flanked By Light Traffic Lanes, Next To The Field On The East Side There Is A Parking Lot For Cars, At The Southern End A Maintenance Yard, A Maintenance Building And A Cold Container. Water Pipes, Waste Water And Storm Water Drains, Field Lighting Electric Cables, Maintenance Building And Cold Container Data Transmission Cables, As Well As The Foundations Of Fences And Other Structures. The Site Is Located In A Groundwater Area. Site Management Duties And Site Services Are Included In The Overall Contract. The Tasks Included In The Contract Are Described In Section 4.1 Of The Contract Program. The Object Is Described In More Detail In The Documents Attached To This Procurement Notice.
