The Completed Construction Project Includes The Construction Of Päivänpolu And Related Municipal Engineering, As Well As The Construction Of Storörintie Parking Spaces, Pedestrian Walkways And The Unfinished Pedestrian Walkways Of Neighboring Örnvikinintie And Sipooranta-Katu In Accordance With The Plans. The Contract Sites Are Located At A Distance Of Approx. 200 Meters From Each Other In Sipoon Sipoonranta. Construction Sites Have Their Own Plans And Construction Can Be Carried Out Simultaneously. Participating In The Tender Requires Submitting A Bid For Both Sub-Areas. The Exact Locations And Construction Plans Of The Procurement Sub-Areas Are Presented In The Appendices Of This Request For Tender. Access To The Properties And Their Parking Spaces Must Be Ensured Throughout The Construction Period. Exceptions That May Be Caused By Construction Must Be Agreed Upon With The Customer And The Property In Question. The Streets Must Be Kept In Trafficable Condition During The Entire Construction Project, And There Must Be No Unforeseen Water Outages. Construction Is Planned To Start During May And Be Completed By November 30, 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is An Overall Contract Consisting Of Two Sub-Areas, Where The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor Acting As The Main Contractor As Intended By Yse And Finnish Legislation. The Subdivisions Are Two Adjacent Sites In Sipoonranta. The Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. The Builder Is Sipoo Municipality, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Basis Of Payment Is The Total Price Determined On The Basis Of The Contract (Contract Price). The Contractor Can Carry Out Part Of The Work With Subcontractors Approved By The Customer. The Customer Does Not Allow Chaining Of Subcontracts. The Customer Has The Right To Reject A Contractor Who Has Not Submitted The Required Reports Before Starting Work Or Who Is A Subcontractor Of A Subcontractor.
