The Object Of The Procurement Is An Sms Gateway And Text Message Service, Which Allows The Procurement Unit To Send And Receive Text Messages From Different Information Systems Reliably, Securely And Reliably. The Service Is Used For Information, Alerts, Appointment Booking And Reminder Messages, As Well As For Two-Way Communication. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Public Procurement In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Goal Is To Acquire The Most Economically Affordable Sms Service Solution That Meets The Functional, Technical, Information Security And Data Protection Requirements Set In The Request For Tenders And Is Suitable For Use By The Public Sector. The Service To Be Procured Must Include Sending Sms Messages To Finland And, If Necessary, Abroad, Receiving Messages For Two-Way Communication, Interfaces To The Procurement Units Information Systems, As Well As Managing The Use Of The Service, Reporting, Technical Support And Maintenance. The Procurement Does Not Include A Minimum Purchase Obligation. The Goal Of The Market Dialogue Is To Map The Market And Initiate An Open Interaction Process Between The Procuring Entity And Potential Bidders And To Go Through Alternative Views And Proposed Solutions For Tendering The Procurement That Meets The Procuring Entitys Requirements. The Market Dialogue Is Carried Out In Finnish And Mainly Or Entirely As A Written Dialogue.
