Purpose Of Procurementpursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (Erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Providegrounds And Landscape Service For Hlc - Hard Labor Creek, Lrc - Language Research Center, College Of Law And Center Parc Stadium To Theboard Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Georgia State University(Hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq.This Will Be Multiple Year Contract With One (1) Year And Four (4) Options To Renew. The Grounds And Landscape Service Will Include Turf Maintenance, Trash And Debris Removal, Shrub And Tree Maintenance, Mulching And Pinestraw, Ground Cover, Irrigation Services (If Applicable), Annual Seasonal Color Beds (If Applicable) And Pest Control.
