Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (¿Erfq¿) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provideto The Golf Cart Rental, Used Golf Cart Purchases, And Repair Services To The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Albany State University (Hereinafter, ¿The State Entity Or Asu¿) As Further Described In This Erfq. The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Albany State University (¿Asu¿), Is Issuing This Request For Quote (Rfq) To Solicit Competitive Pricing From Qualified Suppliers For:1. Rental Of Golf Carts On An As-Needed Basis; And2. Purchase Of Used Or Refurbished Golf Carts For Campus Operational Use.3. Repair And Maintenance Servicesthe Resulting Award May Be Utilized By The University In Accordance With State Of Georgia Procurement Laws, Rules, And Policies Administered Through Doas State Purchasing Division (Spd).Mandatory Contract Considerationpursuant To State Purchasing Division Policy, Suppliers Must Acknowledge That The Items Being Sold Are Not Available Under The Current Statewide Mandatory Contract. No New Golf Carts Or Items Avaliable Under The Mandatory Contract Shall Be Included, Awarded, Or Sold Under This Contract.
