This Invitation To Bidders (The “Itb”) Is An Invitation By Sturgeon County (The “County”) To Prospective Bidders To Submit Bids For 2026-048 Valley Traffic Circle - Drainage Improvements, As Further Described In Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope Of Work (The “Deliverables”). Generally, The Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To The Following:•Mobilization And Demobilization. •Coordinate All Utility Owner Notifications And Daylighting.•Submit To The County The Traffic Accommodation Plan (Tac/At Standards).•Perform Traffic Accommodation For The Duration Of The Construction. •Minor Vegetation Removal.•Abandon A Section Of Existing 250Mm Concrete Storm Main.•Abandon Existing Culvert. •Supply And Install New 300Mm Pvc Stormwater Line. •Supply And Install Manhole.•Supply And Install Catch Basin Manhole. •Remove Excess Unsuitable Material.•Supply And Grade Screened Topsoil Top Layer.•Relocate Rip Rap. •Supply And Install Seed Within Disturbance Areas. •Construction Debris Cleanup.
