In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Delivery Of Furniture According To The Project: Construction Of A Stem Environment In The Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov Secondary School, Venets Village, Shumen Region. Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Carried Out In Two Stages, As Follows: 1. Delivery /If Necessary Installation Within 5 Five Days After Delivery/; 2. Warranty Period. Terms Of Delivery All Items Offered By The Participant Under This Order Must Meet The Legally Established Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria For Quality And Safety When Used By End Users. The Contractor Must Present Relevant Instructions, Warranty Cards, Etc., When Applicable, Upon Delivery. The Supplier Must Pack And Label The Goods In A Way That Protects Them From Damage. The Furniture Offered By The Participants Should Be: - New And Unused; - To Meet The European Standards For The Relevant Type Of Product (If There Are Any Applicable To It). Deliveries To Include All Additional And Auxiliary Elements And Devices Necessary For Their Proper Functioning. The Execution Includes Delivery With Transport Provided By The Contractor, The Costs Of Which Are Included In The Price Proposal For The Execution Of The Order.
