In Addition, The Dormers And The Exits To The Flat Roofs Are The Subject Of Renovation Or New Construction. Furthermore, A New Skylight Dome Will Be Manufactured As A Roof Exit And New Fall Protection Will Be Installed As Well As A Chimney Sweep Walkway, Which Will Also Be Led Over The Roof Of Staircase 1. Inside, The Existing Roof Structure Will Be Reinforced Or Individual Components Replaced As Necessary And The Laundry Rooms Located Or Existing In The Attic Will Be Renovated. In This Context, The Scope Of Services Or The Subject Of The Tender Includes The Entire Provision Of Services With Regard To Roof Renovation As A General Contractor.
