Summary: Environment And Climate Change Canada (Eccc) Has A Requirement For The Supply Of All Labour, Tools, Materials, Equipment, Transportation, Maintenance And Supervision Necessary For The Supply And Delivery Of Helium Gases On An “As And When Requested” Basis To Any Of The Locations Identified In The Standing Offer. The Duration Of The Standing Offer Is From The Date Of Issuance To 31 March 2029. Canada May Issue Up To Five (5) Standing Offers Under This Request For Standing Offer.
