Tenders are Invited for construction and completion of water supply and irrigation schemes in Kalimati Rural Municipality, Salyan, Lot 2: Irrigation schemes (I) Bidders Net Worth for the Last Year, Calculated as the Difference between Total Assets And Total Liabilities should be Positive; (Ii) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of npr36,833,000.00 Calculated as Total Certified Payments Received for Contracts in Progress or Completed, within the Last Five Years; (Iii) for Single Entities: Financial Resources Defined in Fin 3 Less its Financial Obligations For its Current Contract Commitments Defined in Fin - 4, Meet or Exceed the Total Requirement for the Subject Contract of npr6,139,000.00; (Iv) for Joint Ventures: One Partner must Demonstrate that its Financial Resources Defined In Fin - 3, Less its Financial Obligations for its Own Current Contract Commitments Defined In Fin - 4, Meet or Exceed its Required Share of 40% from the Total Requirement for the Subject Contract, and each Partner must Demonstrate that its Financial Resources Defined in Fin - 3, Less its Financial Obligations for its Own Current Contract Commitments Defined in Fin - 4, Meet or Exceed its Required Share of 25% from the Total Requirement For the Subject Contract, and the Joint Venture must Demonstrate that the Combined Financial Resources of All Partners Defined in Fin - 3, Less All the Partners Total Financial Obligations for the Current Contract Commitments Defined in Fin - 4, Meet or Exceed The Total Requirement for the Subject Contract of npr6,139,000.00; (v) Participation as a Contractor, Joint Venture Partner, or Subcontractor, in at Least One Contract that has been Satisfactorily and Substantially Completed within the Last 10 Years and that is Similar to the Proposed Works (Construction of Lift Water Supply or Lift Irrigation Schemes by Using Solar or Electric Power System), Where the Value of the Bidders Participation Exceeds npr29,467,000.00; And (Vi) Meet Other Financial and Experience Requirements as Indicated in the Bidding Document.
