This Request For Proposals Is An Invitation By British Columbia Assessment Authority (“Bc Assessment”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For A Digital Adoption Platform (Dap), Including Implementation, Training And Support (The “Services”) The Purpose Of The Rfp Is To Select A Digital Adoption Platform That: Is Capable Of Being Implemented Within 1-3 Months, Including Migration Of Existing Data And Training. Will Enable Bc Assessment To Provide The Following For Multiple Web-Based, On-Premise Software Applications Being Rolled Out To Approximately 800 Employees: In-Application Training Including Guided Navigation, Walk Throughs And Situational Learning; In-Application Contextual Help (Prompts, Ability To Launch To Different Applications Through A Button); Predictive Analytics Using A Business Intelligence Platform; And In-Application Data Validation To Warn Or Block Against Incorrect Data Entry. Will Enable Bc Assessment To Collect And Analyze Data To Get A Better Understanding Of Employee’S Learning Behaviour In Order To Improve And Optimize Content. “(Collectively, The “Integrated Cloud Solution”)
