Criteria For Assessment Of The Statement Of Capabilities (Minimum Essential Requirements) Any Interested Supplier Must Demonstrate By Way Of A Statement Of Capabilities That Its Services Meet The Following Mandatory Requirements: The Contractor Must Provide The Requested Quantity Of Redas Markers. The Quantity And Colour Diversity Details Of The Redas Markers Will Be Confirmed To The Contractor By The Caf Representative. Markers Must Be Visible From A Minimum Range Of 5 Kilometers (Km). Markers Must Consist Of A Body, Molded Base And Reflective Strips. Markers Must Not Weigh More Than 15 Pounds (Lbs), With The Feature Of Being Stackable For Ease Of Transportation And Storage. Markers Must Be Weather Proof And Resistant To Corrosion. Markers Must Be Able To Withstand Winds Of Up To 200Km An Hour. Markers Must Have A Base Of 2 Feet On Each Side (2’X2’X2’X2’) And Must Be Minimum 5 Inches Tall. Markers Must Be A Minimum Of 2 Feet (2’) In Height, From Bottom Of Base To Top Of Body 4.
