Notice Is Hereby Given That Providence Health Care Society (The “Health Organization”) Intends To Directly Award A Contract To The Following Supplier To Make Thrive Health Services Available To Providence Health Care Society And Permitted Users For A Term Of Four (4) Years At An Estimated Value Of Approximately $250,000 Annually, Subject To Final Contract Terms. The Proposed Statement Of Work #1 (Sow #1) Contemplates A Phased Conversion Of Existing Clinics To The New Platform Commencing In Q1 2026, With Planned Completion Of Conversions By The End Of 2027. While The Notice Of Intent References A Four-Year Term, The Sow Itself Does Not Establish A Fixed Conversion End Date Beyond The Completion Of Planned Rollout Activities. The Pricing Model Is Modular And Clinic-Based; As Such, The Total Contract Value Is Not Fixed. Contract Value Will Depend On Final Module Selection, The Number Of Clinics Converted, And Any Net-New Clinics Added During The Conversion Period. Based On The Current Estimated Clinic Portfolio, The Anticipated Steady-State Cost Upon Full Conversion Is Approximately $250,000 Annually, Which Is Comparable To The Existing Legacy Annual Contract Value. Thrive Health Inc. 250 25Th Street West Vancouver, British Columbia, V7v 4J1 Phc Has Chosen Not To Proceed With A Competitive Process For The Following Reason: • The Goods Or Services Can Be Supplied Only By The Selected Supplier And No Alternative Or Substitute Exists For The Following Reason: (A) To Ensure Compatibility With Existing Products/Systems The Vendor’S Software-As-A-Service Solution Is Deployed With Two Phc-Commissioned Custom Application Programming Interfaces (Apis) That Provide (A) A Way To Seamlessly Integrate Real-Time Interactive Graphs Of The Patient’S Responses Into The Patient’S Chart When That Is Viewed In The Hospital’S Electronic Medical Record System (Cerner Millennium), And (B) Data Flow Of These Same Patient Responses Into The Phc Data Lake For Downstream Operational And Quality Assurance Analytics. This Integration Crosses Three Different Cloud Hosting Environments And Involves Ensuring Secure And Reliably Accurate Data Exchange Throughout. This Custom Integration Work And Attendant Extensive Testing Would Need To Be Replicated In The Event Of Avendor Switch. In Addition, This Procurement Is For Support And Maintenance Of An Existing Proprietary System With Custom Integrations.
