Kinn Municipality Wishes, Through This Contract, To Get Simple And Good Access To Technical Consultancy Services And To Get A Licence For This With Good Quality And At The Right Price. Tenderers Shall Make The Contracting Authority A High Priority. The Consultant Must Facilitate The Works So That It Is Capacity To Meet The Contracting Authority ́S Needs In The Contract Period. The Scope Of The Contract Is Unclear And The Contracting Authority Does Not Procure The Purchase Obligation In Volume In Accordance With This Procurement. The Municipality ́S Agreement That One Can Announce Assignments Over Nok 500,000 In Eigne Competitions. The Contracting Authority Would Like To Have Up To 4 Parallel Framework Agreements.
