The Subject Of Procurement Is The Removal Of Improperly Disposed Waste In Bulk At The Site (An Embankment Of Stored Plastic Waste) And Its Disposal And/Or Recovery In Accordance With The Waste Management Act (Official Gazette No. 84/21, 142/23) And By-Laws, Which Includes Loading, Transportation And Disposal And/Or Recovery Of Waste. The Offered Procurement Item Must Enable Loading Into Vehicles (Closed For Waste Disposal), Weighing At The Nearest Location, Transport To The Waste Management Location, And Disposal And/Or Recovery In The Total Estimated Amount Of 3,500.00 Tons, In An Exemplary And Adequate Manner, In Accordance With The Law On Waste Management, Conditions And Requirements From The Procurement Documentation And Planned Deadlines.
