Procurement Of It-Supported Healthcare Systems, Applications And Software, As Well As Related Services Within The Framework Of A Dynamic Procurement System - Ot21_Dbr_3_Ii. The Tenderer Describes The Product Categories And Their Characteristics, In Order To Implement Which He Intends To Create A Dbr For The Procurement Of Healthcare It Systems, Applications And Software, Within The Framework Of Which The 301/2018. (Xii. 27.) Plans To Conduct Bidding Procedures Based On The Procurement Needs Of The Affected Organizations In Accordance With § 1 (2) Of The Government Decree. The Dbr Will Be Realized As Planned, With A Net Estimated Value Of Huf 91,000,000,000, Primarily But Not Exclusively For The Goods And Related Services Belonging To The Following Product Categories From The Rrf, Efop+, Dimop, And Nea Projects, With The Additional Characteristics Of Each Category Being Defined In The Technical Description. Similar To Those Used In The Framework Agreement Procedure - The Kbt. In Accordance With The Interpretative Provision According To Section 3, Point 18 - The Estimated Amount Of The Dbr, In The Present Procedure For The Establishment Of The Dbr, Can Be Characterized By The Planned And Aggregated Amount Of Public Procurements To Be Implemented Within The Framework Of The Dbr, The Net Value Of Which Is Huf 91,000,000,000. The Specific Quantities Of The Public Procurements To Be Implemented Within The Framework Of The Dbr Are Determined During The Bidding Stages. The Expected Maximum Size Of Individual Contracts To Be Awarded Within The Framework Of The Dbr Is Huf 1,000,000,000 Net. The 2/2019. (Vii. 12.) Mk. Regulation (Hereinafter Regulation) § 1. 6A. , And In Relation To Medical Devices, Applications Or Software Not Classified In Other Categories Listed In Annex No. 1 Of The Regulation, Goods And Related Services Corresponding To The Following Product Categories Are The Subject Of The Dbr. The Product Categories: 1. Pharmacy Systems And Related Services 2. Patient Identification Systems, Devices And Related Services 3. Nurse Call Systems And Related Services 4. Infection Control Systems And Related Services 5. Other It-Supported Health Care Systems And Related Services Bidder During The Implementation Of The Dbr, Kbt. Based On § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Description And Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Are Made Available To Those Who Submit A Valid Participation Application In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, And Also Reserves The Possibility That, During The Implementation Of The Dbr, For The Specific Procurement Requirement Included In The Invitation To Tender - Depending On The Subject Matter And Nature Of The Specific Public Procurements - The Tendering Authority May Define A Partial Tendering Option In A Call. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That Kbt. The Categories Listed In This Point Correspond To The Categories According To § 106, Paragraph (4).
