Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase Of A Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Łukta. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Łukta. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Swz Table - Technical Specification. 3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Were Included In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Himself Determines The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, Taking Into Account The Required Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period For The Chassis And The Required Minimum 48-Month Warranty Period For The Bodywork, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. The Contractor Proposes The Warranty Period In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Arrangements In Chapter Xvi (Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria), With The Warranty Period For The Construction Being The Offer Evaluation Criterion. 5. Failure To Provide The Brand, Model/Type Of The Offered Vehicle In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Table Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Required Data Are Indicated In The Offer Form (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) Table - Technical Specification. 6. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Any Requirements Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Order In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Because The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery. 7. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 8. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New. By The Term Factory New, The Ordering Party Understands A Vehicle Made Of New Elements, Without Traces Of Damage, Not Post-Leasing (According To The Pwn Dictionary It Means - Just Made, Not Used, Not Destroyed, Recently Purchased, Freshly Built, Not Refabricated).
