The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of A Public Building Into A Residential Function For The Needs Of The Family Childrens Home, Together With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Szkolna 7 In Suwałki And Basic Equipment Of The Facility. As Part Of The Task, The Following Scope Is Planned: Demolition Works, Insulation Of Foundation Walls, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Façade (Thermal Modernization), Roof Insulation, Balcony Slab, Floor On The Ground, Inter-Story Floor, Finishing Of Internal Walls, Finishing Of Ceilings, Construction Works, Electrical Installations, Sanitary Installations, Land Development, Building Equipment. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Design, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 3. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. (...) 10. The Contractors Obligations Include The Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board For The Project. A Board With Dimensions Of 240/120 Cm Should Be Made In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Visual Identity Book Of The Funde Europejskie Brand 2021-2027. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Place The Board Immediately After Starting The Works In The Place Agreed With The Employer.
