While There Is Scope For The Individual Researcher To Shape The Overall Direction And Narrative Of The Project, Efforts Should Be Made To Trace The Key Developments Within The Department During This Period, To Analyse The Overall Impact Of Key Decisions Taken And To Effectively Place Those Decisions Within A Wider Historical Context.
