The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is To Carry Out The Construction Works, According To The Technical Documentation (Pt And Dde), To Achieve The Investment Objective Involving 2 Stages, The First Stage Not Being The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure, As Follows: O Phase Of Dissolution Works (Not The Object) This Stage Corresponds The Period In Which The Existing Construction Activities Are Carried Out, Including All The Operations Necessary To Transform The Site From An Above-Ground And Underground Structure Into A Free Land.
