The Major Components Of The Contract Consist Of: I. Design Ii. Technical Assistance From The Designer During Execution Iii. Technical Quality Check Of The Technical Project Iv. Execution Of The Works The Estimated Value Is 10,350,745.05 Lei Without Vat, Broken Down As Follows - Design Services Phase Dtac, Dtoe, Pt Including Dde And Technical Verification. Of The Project 300,944.5 Lei Without Vat - Technical Assistance From The Designer In The Amount Of 9,757.51 Lei Without Vat - Execution Of Works In The Amount Of 10,040,043.04 Lei Without Vat The Duration Of The Contract Is 68 Months And Is Divided As Follows: - Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Necessary Approvals/Agreements - 10 Days From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start The Preparation Of The Documentation For Obtaining The Approvals/Agreements.- -Obtaining The Approvals/Agreements Requested Through The Urban Planning Certificate – 15 Days From The Handover/Receipt Of The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Approvals/Agreements. This Period Is Not The Responsibility Of The Provider But Is Taken Into Account In The Total Duration Of The Contract. - The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction Works (Dtac) And The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Organization Of The Works (Dtoe) – 20 Days From The Issuance Of The Order To Start The Services For The Preparation Of The Dtac (Technical Documentation For The Construction Authorization) And Dtoe (The Technical Documentation For The Organization Of The Execution Of The Works) Including The Technical Verification Of The Project. The Order To Start The Services For Drawing Up The Project For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction Works And The Project For The Organization Of The Execution Of The Works Will Be Issued Within 1 Day After Obtaining All The Approvals/Agreements Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate. -Obtaining The Construction Authorization – 15 Days From The Delivery/Receipt Of Verified Dtac And Dtoe Documentation.
