The Subject Of The Order Includes: - As Part Of The Basic Order - Expansion Of The Data Storage Layer With An Additional Deduplicator (Hereinafter Referred To As The Device), - Under The Option Right - Minimal Expansion - Capacity Increase In A Single Expansion Step: 60Tb Raw / 45Tb Net, On The Terms And In Accordance With The Contract, The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract (Hereinafter: Sopz) And The Contractors Offer. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To An Option, Which It May Exercise During The Implementation Of This Contract. 3. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Provides For - Minimum Expansion - Increase In Capacity In A Single Expansion Step: 60Tb Raw / 45Tb Net. The Customer Can Order An Increase In Capacity Up To A Maximum Of 120Tb Raw / 90Tb Net. An Order Under The Option Right May Be Executed Once Or In Parts, At The Discretion Of The Ordering Party. In Order To Exercise The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Place The Order(S) In Electronic Form. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order(S) Under The Option Right Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 6 Weeks From The Date Of Placing The Order, And The Order May Be Placed No Later Than 26 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.
