The Meat Should Have A Fresh And Pleasant Smell, Tender And Marbled Structure. It Should Be Elastic And When You Press Your Finger On The Meat, The Dent Should Quickly Straighten Out. A Cut Piece Of Beef Should Be Slightly Moist At The Cut Edge, Not Dry. The Meat Should Be Shiny In Appearance And It Should Be Clear That It Is Freshly Cut. Beef Meat Of Category 1 Must Comply With: St Rk 1759-2008, St Rk 1730-2007, Interstate Standard, Gost 779-55. For Each Shipment Of Goods, The Customer Is Provided With: A Veterinary Certificate Issued By A Veterinary Inspector For Animal Products, As Well As An Examination Report After Slaughter Of Livestock With Markings On The Date Of Production, The Date Of Final Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Regulations “Requirements For Packaging, Marking, Labeling And Their Correct Application.” Delivery Upon Customer Request. In Case Of Non-Compliance With The Technical Specifications, The Customer Has The Right To Return The Goods Upon Delivery.
