For The City, This Concerns The Important Redevelopment Of An Entrance Gate To The City Center, A Visible Location. The Design Must Incorporate The Objective Of A Striking End Building (Landmark) Along The Intersection Of Parklaan And Koningin Astridlaan Within The Urban Context. The Project Should Be Translated Into A Gateway To The City Center Of Sint-Niklaas. A Sustainable Architecture Is To Be Strived For.
