Tenders are invited for ICT Equipment. The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent humanitarian organisation helping people forced to flee. We deliver high-quality aid where needs are greatest. Today, we work in both new and protracted crises across 30 countries, where we provide camp management, food assistance, clean water, shelter, legal aid, and education. OVERVIEW NRC is seeking to establish a long-term agreement with one or more preferred suppliers that would supply NRC with ICT Equipment (such as Laptops, screens, peripherals, printers, etc.). Eligible bidders should accept to commit with NRC and fix their prices for a period of two (2) years. Eligible bidders must quote for all lots and pass the administrative eligibility of the bid (must be a certified Lenovo reseller, legally registered supplier and VAT registered). In addition, they should adhere to the technical eligibility of the bid in terms of lead time for delivery and quote for products respecting the technical specifications mentioned in the Invitation to Bid Document. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected. Please submit your bids in accordance with the requirements detailed below: NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately. Technical and Financial bids should be uploaded in separate designated files, otherwise you offer will be disqualified. Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the Link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package. In order to avoid technical problems and disqualification of your bid, please reduce the file name length before submission and please do not zip folders and sub-folders because the file with too long name cannot be transferred between different Microsoft Clouds (submit or zip single files only).
