Tenders are invited for External Cleaning Services in North Lebanon ABOUT THE TENDER The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Lebanon is seeking a reliable and professional external cleaning service provider to maintain a clean and hygienic environment across its premises in the North. NRC intends to establish a Framework Agreement with a qualified company capable of delivering consistent and highquality cleaning services. The objective of this Framework Agreement is to engage a competent cleaning company that can efficiently and effectively perform cleaning tasks at NRC offices and centres, as required. How to apply TENDER DOCUMENTS The Tender Pack including the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and all related documents contains detailed information. Service providers must comply with all requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR), including the scope of work, deliverables, requirements, locations, and working hours. Documents must be downloaded before the deadline: March 20, 2026, at 15:00 TENDER SUBMISSION: Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box (eTB) web site through the following https://etbsystem.no/ClientTrans/Upload?ID=1%2fC%2fp%2bz5edc%3d 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package. In order to avoid technical problems, please note that you can upload as many files as it is required, but the single file size is limited to 10 MB each, and it is not allowed to upload zip, rar or 7z file. Files with the same file name cannot be uploaded twice. After successful bid submission, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the eTB system, with the list of submitted files. If you notice that some files have not been successfully uploaded (e.g. due to the internet interruption), please submit missing file(s) again and please put MF after the company name (example: ABC company MF). If you need to submit a revised bid before the deadline, the Company name in the eTB system should be modified by adding 2 after the Company name and the latest submission will be considered as the final bid.
