Tenders are Invited for Supply of Raw Materials Obtained in Raw Form. I. Aada Thoda Leaves, Barks, Aada Thoda Roots, Aada Thoda and Roots, Ash Plantain Bulbs, Ambul Embaliya and Roots, Sour Oranges, Angkenda Leaves, Barks, Aththana Leaves, Aththana and Roots, Ela Batu Fruits, Yak Vanassa, Ela Olindha, Coral Tree Leaves, Barks, Bo Tree Barks, Betel Leaves, Demata Fruits, Pomegranate Fruits, Wood Apple Barks, Water Alocasia, Pepper Roots, Gaspenala Fruits, Girithilla Leaves, Wel Gotu Kola, Hampilla, Wild Asparagus Bulbs and Many Varieties of Raw Materials that Grow Locally are Included in this Category. When Purchasing Raw Materials under this Category, Raw Materials are not Purchased Individually. You have to Supply All Raw Materials in Required Quantities for each List of Medicines (Weda Pathak). Ii. As an Example, for the Manufacture of Neelyadi Thailaya (Ointment) Angkendha Leaves and Barks, Madhatiya Leaves and Barks, Wel Keppetiya Leaves and Barks, Water Alocasia (Diya Habarala), Nil Avariya Leaves Required should be Supplied by One Supplier in Required Quantities. Iii. There are about 30 Medicinal Lists Such as this and Raw Ginger, Raw Saffron, Lime, Wild Asparagus Bulbs, Ash Pumpkins, Coconuts, Kithul Juggery may be Individually Supplied. Iv. When Supplying Raw Leaves, Barks, Roots They should have been Obtained from Live Plants and Supplied to the Corporation within Three Days. Note: If You / Your Institution is Registering with Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation for Year 2027, Duly Perfected Application along with the Receipt for the Payment or the Money Order should be Hand Delivered to the Corporation to Receive before 2.00 p.m. On 25.03.2026. Corporation will Reject the Applications Received after the Scheduled Closing Date. Your / Your Institutions Application may Get Delayed Due to the Prevailing Delay in the Postal Service Your Application may not be Accepted by the Corporation (Applications Received after 2.00 p.m. On 25.03.2026). So as to Prevent Your Application Reaching the Corporation Late by Post, We Kindly Request You to Hand Deliver Your Application to Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation before the Closing Date. The Caption "Registration of Suppliers for Year 2027" and the Goods, Services and Work Categories should be Mentioned on the Left Top Corner of the Envelope Containing the Application. 03. Registration Fee Registration Fee for One Category of Supply is Rs. 1000.00. For an Example, the Registration Fee for Dry Drugs, the Registration Fee is Rs. 1000.00. Registration Fee for Oils is Rs. 1000.00 (Registration Fee for 3 Categories as Such is Rs. 3000.00). Money Order Drawn in Favour of "Chairman, Sri Lanka Ayurvedic Drugs Corporation" should be Submitted for that. Paying Office for Money Orders should be Indicated as Maharagama Post Office. In Addition to that the Registration Fee may be Paid in Cash to the Cashier of the Corporation. Government Institutions are Exempted from Paying the Registration Fee. Money Order / Receipt Issued by the Cashier should be Attached to the Application and Submitted. Payments Cannot be Paid by Cheques. (Registration Fee is Non-Refundable).
