The Land And Real Estate Cluster (Gvg) Of The Province Of Limburg Is Responsible For Purchasing, Temporarily Managing, Selling Real Estate And Administering Its Assets, Insofar As They Are Related To Provincial Projects. The P8 System Is Currently Used For This. The Current System Has Reached Its Technical Lifespan And So Has The Contract, Which Leads To This Tender. For A More Efficient And Future-Proof Working Method, It Is Necessary To Switch To A Future-Proof Information And Administration System For Land Matters. The New System Must Replace/Succeed The Current P8 And Meet The Requirements Arising From Current Provincial Information Needs, Work Processes And Assignments. With More Than 3,300 Hectares Of Provincial Land (Reference Date January 1, 2024), Consisting Of Agricultural Land (22.2%), Forest/Nature (23.6%), Built-Up Land (4.2%), Water (1.4%) And Traffic (48.6%), The Management Of This Portfolio Is Complex And Versatile. Almost Half Of The Property Concerns Land Belonging To Provincial Infrastructure. The Portfolio Also Includes Land Intended For Area Development, Nature Compensation And Housing For Provincial Organizational Units. The Work Requires A Flexible And Widely Applicable System That Can Support This Diversity And Moves With Changing Legislation, Provincial Ambitions And Policy In The Field Of Transparency, Compliance And Governance.
