Relocating And Adapting The Main Sewer Is Part Of Knoopxl Area Development. In This Area Development, The Station Area Of ​​Eindhoven Is Being Prepared For The Future. For This Purpose, Approximately 9,000 New Homes And Various Large-Scale New Infrastructure Will Be Built. Relocating The Main Sewer Is A Prerequisite For The Realization Of An Underground Bus Station (Multimodal Junction). The Current Route Of The Main Sewer Runs Straight Through The Area Where The New Bus Station, Including Underground Bus Tunnels, Is Planned. The Work On The Bus Station Is Planned To Start In 2030 And Is Therefore An Important Driver For Area Development On The North Side Of The Track. Delivery Of The New Main Sewer In October 2029. The Available Investment Budget For The Project (Construction Team And Realization Phase) Is Expected To Be Approximately €40 Million.
