The Scope Is Described Functionally As Much As Possible. The Functional Requirements Are Included In The Program Of Requirements As Attached As An Appendix To This Tender Guide. The Overarching Functional Scope Consists Of The High-Quality Replacement And Addition Of Hardware Used In Schools For Currently Available Hardware. The New Hardware Must Be Compatible With The Hardware That Is Already In Use. This Concerns All Hardware That A User (Student And Employee) Needs At A (Student) Desk Or In The Classroom. The Maximum Value Is Set At €5,020,000 Excluding Vat, Being €6,076,000 Including Vat. Compared To The Estimate, The Maximum Value Takes Into Account Approximately 50% Unforeseen Circumstances. These Unforeseen Circumstances Relate To The Fluctuation Of Student Numbers And Employee Numbers And Also To The Lifespan And Turnover Rate Of Ict Hardware. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude An Ariv-2018 Framework Agreement With Three (3) Suppliers For A Term Of Four (4) Years For The Supply Of Ict Hardware.
