A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5 And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. If The Origin Of The Products Is Indicated Anywhere In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And Bill Of Quantities, This Only Serves To Determine The Standards Of Technical And Quality Characteristics. The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Has Functional Properties No Worse Than Those Specified In The Ordering Partys Documentation, With Preference For More Favorable Parameters That Meet The Same Quality, Functional And Technical Requirements Of The Indicated One, And Has Functional Properties That Meet The Requirements Specified For The Item Described In The Ordering Partys Documentation. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4.
