The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), • Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annexes To This Swz And Are Mutually Complementary. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation And The Bill Of Quantities, The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Shall Prevail. The Valuation Should Absolutely Not Be Made Solely On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities.5. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Laws, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Standards For Construction Works.
