Scope Of Works To Be Performed: The Subject Of The Investment Task Is The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Recreational Shelter Along With Its Expansion With A Change Of Use To A Recreational Building. The Reconstruction Includes Building Walls On The Existing Building And Insulating It From The Inside. Due To The Expansion, A Building Was Planned To Be Rectangular In Shape, With Both Parts Connected By A Vestibule. The Expanded Part Will Be Constructed Using Wooden Frame Technology, Without A Basement, Single-Story With A Gable Roof With A Slope Angle Of 20°, Covered With Shingles (Continuation Of The Existing Roof Covering).
