Description Of The Subject Of The Procedure And Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Introduction Of Innovative Forms Of Recreation In The Family Recreation Park In The Muszyna Spa In The Design And Build Formula. 3.1 Determination Of The Subject And Scope Of The Order: 3.1.1 The Subject Of The Study And The Scope Are Both The Investment Intention - Development Of The Area Of Plots No. 37/3, 37/4, 38, 1131/6, 1131/9, 1131/10, 1131/11, 1134 Register District Muszyna.3.1.2 The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Tourist Device Under The Working Name Sky Bike, Together With The Infrastructure And Accompanying Facilities Supporting It.3.1.3 The Tourist Device In Question Is Understood As A Type Of Tourist Attraction A Zipline Type, On Which It Is Possible To Ride On Devices Powered By Leg Muscles, I.E. Similar In Shape And Form To A Bicycle Mechanism. 3.1.4 The Entire Construction And Design Project Will Consist Of: A) A Single-Story Facility Building, Directly Connected To A Shelter Housing The Starting/Finishing Platform On The Flat Roof Of The Facility, Along With External Stairs And A Lift For The Disabled B) An Above-Ground Route With A Length Of Approx. 500 M, Consisting Of: A Carrying Rope And A Service And Evacuation Rope, Supported By Six Supports (Marked In The Concept Letters P-01 To P-06).C) Necessary Technical Infrastructure (Connections, Reconstruction Of Conflicting Utility Network Cables, Technological Installations).D) Land Development, Including Hardened Surfaces Near The Facility Building And Small Architecture In The Area Of The Facility Building. E) Attractions Accompanying And Supplementing The Investment Program, I.E. • Two Stainless Steel Tube Slides From The Starting Platform, • A Climbing Wall On The Facade Of The Starting Building And The Shelter. 3.1.5 The Subject Of The Order Is Based On The So-Called Formula Design And Build, I.E. It Includes The Execution Of Design Works And Construction And Assembly Works, Delivery Of Materials And Devices, Consumables Enabling Start-Up, Commissioning Of All Devices And Installations, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Staff Training.3.1.6 The Investment Should Be Designed And Implemented In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Polish Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts, Technical And Construction Regulations As Well As Polish And European Standards.3.1.7 The Task Will Be Completed By Final Acceptance And Ultimately Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (Unless The Current Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Conditions Of The Construction Permit Only Require Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works). Before Allowing The Attraction To Be Used, The Contractor Will Obtain A Certificate From An Independent Research Institution Authorized To Do So, I.E.
