Demolition And Preparatory Works• Demolition Of Existing Surfaces Of Communication Routes,• Preparation Of The Area For New Plantings And Surfaces,• Weeding Of The Area Before Planting.3.2. Greenery Development• Construction Of Perennial Flowerbeds (Ordinary And Sunken),• Construction Of Carpet Lawns,• Planting Trees, Shrubs And Herbaceous Plants,• Construction Of A Rain Garden As An Element Of Small Retention.3.3. Rain Garden• Making Depressions In The Ground With A Depth Of Approx. 30 Cm,• Making Tight Layers Of Loam And Clay With A Thickness Of Min. 10 Cm, • Installation Of Mineral And Organic Layers, • Installation Of An Installation To Drain Excess Rainwater, • Planting With Hydrophytic And Moisture-Loving Plants.3.4. Characteristics Of The Designed Greenery4.1. The Designed Greenery Is A System Of Biogroups With A Diversified Vertical Structure, Based Mainly On Herbaceous Plants And Shrubs.4.2. The Project Assumes: • Increasing Biodiversity, • Improving The Microclimate, • Increasing Rainwater Retention.4.3. The Scope Of Plantings Includes: • 3 Trees, • 207 Shrubs, • 1,292 Herbaceous Plants, • Renovation Of Approx. 797 M² Of Lawns.4.4. The Selection Of Plants Is Based On Native Species And Those Adapted To Local Habitat Conditions.5. Requirements For The Implementation Of Works5.1.
