1. The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Reconstruction Of A Road Culvert By Demolition Of The Existing Structure And Construction Of A New Culvert At Km 1+264 Of District Road No. 2967S On The Łącza Watercourse In The Town Of Łączy (Rudziniec Commune) Along With Access Roads To The Facility. 2. Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Building Permit No. 285/23 Of June 29, 2023 (Wab. 6740.5.61.2022)3. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes: - Demolition Of The Existing Facility Along With Access Sections In Front And Behind The Facility - Construction Of A New Culvert In Place Of The Existing One - Reconstruction Of The Road On The Access Roads To The Facility - Installation Of A Service Channel - Installation Of The H2/W2/B Barrier Handrail With A Grip.4. Length Of The Reconstructed Road Section - Approximately 50 M. Road Width: 2 X 3.0 M On The Facility, Shoulder Width: 2 X 0.75 Cm. 5. Basic Data Of The Culvert Being Built: Reinforced Concrete With A Monolithic Box Structure, Thickness. 25 Cm Walls With 4 M Long Transition Slabs. 6. The Documentation Provides For 6 Trees To Be Cut Down. The Contractor Will Not Be Responsible For Cutting Them Down Because They Were Removed By The Ordering Party.
