1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Constituting The Municipal Housing Stock Of The Wągrowiec Municipality. The Facility Is Located At Ul. Moniuszki 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 In Wągrowiec, Constitutes A Single Building In Accordance With The Opinion Of January 16, 2020. The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation. The Implementation Of The Project Will Save Energy, Especially Thermal Energy. Moreover, Due To The Implementation Of The Project, The Annual Primary Energy Consumption In The Building Will Decrease, Which Will Also Contribute To Reducing Co2 Emissions. The Project Will Significantly Contribute To Improving The Natural Environment And Reducing The Costs Of Maintaining Municipal Buildings In The Wągrowiec Municipality.2. The Order Will Include, Among Others: 1) Thermal Insulation Of The Façade. Insulation 15 Cm (Foundation 10 Cm) And The Buildings Flat Roof Thickness. 20 Cm Of Insulation; 2) Painting The Facade; 3) Replacing External Doors; 4) Renovation Of Floor Coverings Of The Entrances To The Premises; 5) Replacement Of Gutters, Downpipes And Sheet Metal Flashings; 6) Implementation Of A Lightning Protection System; 7) Renovation/Construction Of The Strip Around The Building Along With The Reconstruction Of The Surface; 8) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Elements As Well As Renovation And Replacement Of Facade Equipment (Installation Cabinet Doors, Storage Boxes Lists, Replacement Of Signs (Street Names, Numbers Of Residential Premises, Antennas, Blinds, Canopies Over Entrances, Air Conditioners, Etc.);9) Running All External Installations Under Facade Insulation;10) Renovation Of The Internal Central Heating Installation. – According To The Design Of Sanitary Installations - Technical (Executive) Design; 11) Installation Of Heat Dividers On Each Radiator, Compatible With The Heat Accounting System Used By The Building Manager, Which Is Used In Other Facilities. The Central Heating Installation Will Be Powered By The Pec Wągrowiec Heating Network.3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Both Social And Environmental Aspects, Apply Technologies That Reduce The Negative Impact On The Environment, The Level Of Pollutant Emissions, Noise, Consumption Of Water, Electricity, Heat And Fuel, And Waste Generation.4. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Following Activities Taking Into Account Environmental Aspects: 1) Management And Disposal, At Its Own Expense And Risk, Of Demolition Materials, I.E. All Materials And Equipment Resulting From Demolition Works, Etc., And Waste Materials.
