The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Housing Community At Ul. Piastów 11 In Nowa Ruda 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 And 2 To The Swz General Comments: 1) The Contractor Should Adopt The Basis For The Valuation On His Own, So That The Scope Of Work Included In The Valuation Ensures The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In The Swz And Opz And Stwior (Constituting Annexes To The Specification).3) The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia Program 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Union.4) In The Tender Procedure, The Ordering Party Adopted A Lump Sum Remuneration As A Form Of Remuneration. It Is Considered That The Contractor Has Carefully Read The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order That Should Be Performed And The Method Of Their Execution.5) The Contractors Liability Under The Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Order Will End After A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. If The Installed Materials And/Or Devices Require Periodic Warranty Inspections, The Contractor Will Perform Them Free Of Charge As Part Of The Warranty Granted. The Warranty Also Includes Free Replacement And Installation Of Consumables.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Documentation And Stwior - Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
