5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Investment Titled: Renovation And Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Commune Office And Gok In Lanckorona, In The Design And Build Formula. Facility Address: Ul. Krakowska 8, 34-143 Lanckorona.5.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of: A) Design Activities Performed On The Basis Of The Attached Functional And Utility Program And Administrative Activities Consisting In The Contractors Action To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Based On The Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of This Task, Documents Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including: Construction Law; B) Construction Works On The Task In Question In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And Relevant Legal Provisions, Along With Authors Supervision; C) Administrative Activities Consisting In Such Action By The Contractor, In The Event Of An Existing Legal Obligation, To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party As Part Of This Task A Document Allowing The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including: Construction Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Uninterrupted Operation Of The Office During Its Working Hours And Continuity Of Service To Residents. In The Case Of Works That May Cause Difficulties In The Work Of The Office, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Them Out Outside The Offices Working Hours, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party.5.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, The Energy Audit, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz.
