The Contractor Ensures That The Delivered Item Of The Order Is Brand New, Complete And Functional, Has No Physical Defects And Is Ready For Use As Intended Without Additional Purchases Of Parts And Accessories.3. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have The Necessary Documents, Instructions And Guarantees In Polish. The Contractor Will Provide The Documents, Warranty Card And Operating Manual To The Ordering Party Together With The Subject Of The Order.4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Activities That Are Necessary And Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Purpose And Essence, Including Those Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, All Deliveries, Services, Ensuring Copyrights And Licenses And Accompanying Services, Including Transport, Insurance, Loading, Unloading, Assembly, Configuration, Removal Of Waste Generated, Etc.5.
