The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Lipa, Including: A) Modernization Of The Bathroom Room In The Scope Of Dismantling The Existing Equipment And Finishing Elements Of The Walls And Ceiling, Construction Of A Coffered Ceiling, Construction Of New Partition Walls, Construction Of Additional Approaches, Installation Of New Sanitary Equipment, Replacement Of Door Joinery, Finishing Works (Tiles, Painting) B) Renovation Of The Corridor Room In The Scope Of Dismantling The Finishing Elements Of The Walls And Ceiling, Execution Coffered Ceiling, Finishing The Walls With Mosaic Plaster, Replacing Door Joinery C) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Electrical Installation Equipment Elements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Works Are Managed By Persons With Construction Qualifications In The Construction And Construction Field.
