Part I - Renovations Of Roads With Bituminous Surfacesthe Scope Includes Partial Renovation Of Asphalt Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The Kramsk Commune In The Amount Of Approx. 1,200 M2. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Mechanical Cutting Of The Edges Of The Designated Defect Area • Cleaning Of Defects, Removal Of All Impurities (Gravel, Sand, Dust) • Removal Of Water And Drying Of Defects • Sprinkling The Cleaned Surface With Asphalt Emulsion • Filling The Cavity With Mineral And Bituminous Mass Min. 5Cm • Sealing The Joints With Grouting Compound • Marking And Securing The Renovated Road Sectionthe Size Of The Subject Of The Order Is Estimated, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce By A Maximum Of 50% Or Increase By A Maximum Of 100% The Size Of The Subject Of The Order, And This Right Cannot Constitute The Basis For Claims Against The Ordering Party, Including Financial Claims From The Contractor. The Task Is Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - Renovations Of Roads With Bituminous Surface With An Area Of Approx. M2, Which Must Be Completed Within 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Stage Ii - Renovations Of Roads With Bitumen Surfaces With An Area Of Approx. 800 M2, Which Must Be Completed Within 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. All Requirements Specified In The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. If The Swz Contains Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Solutions Used By The Contractor Must Be At Least:• Of The Same Strength And Durability, With The Same Level Of Aesthetics;• Of Technical Parameters Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order;• Meet The Same Functions, Safety And Quality Requirements;• Have Appropriate Documents Authorizing Use. If The Swz Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 And 5 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That Any Indications Of Products Or Services From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Or Services Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order And Are N
