The Quantities Given In The Integral Annex To The Offer, Part I - List Of Unit Prices, Of The Quantities Of Assortments Of Works Are Estimated Quantities. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Individual Assortments Of Works Depending On The Technical Condition Of The Surface And The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Accepted At The End Of The Task, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will, On A Working Basis, Determine And Order (In Writing, By Phone, Via E-Mail) The Scope Of Works To Be Performed And The Deadlines For The Implementation Of Works On Individual Road Sections.
