The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Commune Office In Smyków In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, And Then The Implementation Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use, If Required. The Scope Of The Investment Includes, In Particular, Work Aimed At Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building, Including, Among Others: Insulation Of External Partitions, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Replacement Of The Heat Source And Modernization Of The Heating Installation, Replacement Of Lighting, As Well As Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources Installations With An Energy Storage Facility. The Order Also Includes The Necessary Accompanying, Installation And Finishing Works Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation.
