The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of An Ol And Oc Warehouse In Lutoryż As Part Of The Project Titled: Expansion Of The Lutoryż Volunteer Fire Department Station, As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Station Building Along With The Technical Infrastructure. The Investment Is Located At Lutoryż 189, 36-040 Boguchwała, On Plots No. 741/7, 741/8, 741/6, 741/10, 741/9, 1664, District 0003 Lutoryż. The Facility Is Partly A Fire Station With A Garage And Support Rooms, And The Other Part Is A Community Center With An Auditorium And Kitchen Facilities, Which Is A Branch Of The Local Cultural Center Razem In Niechobrz. In Its Existing State, The Development Area Of The Fire Station Building Is 459 M2, And Of The Cultural Center - 230 M2. The Subject Of The Task Is The Expansion Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Lutoryż With A Storage Area, As Well As Reconstruction Aimed At Functionally Connecting The Expansion With The Existing Building In The Volunteer Fire Department Cloakroom. On The Ground Floor, Two Warehouses Will Be Built For Ol And Oc Purposes (Storage Of Humanitarian Supplies, Rescue, Technical, Medical And Communications Equipment). The Expansion Of The Warehouse Part Is A Ground-Floor Segment With An Unused Attic, Without A Basement, In A Cuboidal Form, Covered With A Multi-Pitch Roof With A Rafter-Purlin Structure With A Roof Slope Angle Of 25°, Colored Red/Copper Brown – As An Extension Of The Existing Roof. The Designed Façade Is A Continuation Of The Colors Of The Existing Building. Entrance To The Warehouse Segment From The Access Side Through A Sectional Gate With Lighting And A 90X200 Cm Wicket Door And From The Eastern Side Through The Door To The Storage Room. The Works Will Include The Construction Of Foundations, Floors On The Ground, Bricklaying Of Walls, Construction Of The Ground Floor Ceiling And Roof Covering, Installation Of System Gutters And Downspouts, Sheet Metal Work, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Building Insulation, And Finishing And Installation Works. The Development Area Of The Extended Part Is 110.86 M2, And The Usable Area Of The Created Warehouse Rooms Is 92.56 M2. The Reconstruction Of The Building Includes The Construction Of A Door Opening In The Existing External Wall In Order To Ensure A Communication Connection Between The Existing Osp Segment And The Planned Extension, Bricking Up Some Of The Window Openings, Dismantling The Insulation Of The External Wall Of The Eastern Facade, Reconstruction Of The Facade And Reconstruction Of Conflicting Internal Installations Along With Adapting To The Needs Of The New Rooms: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Gravity Ventilation, Electrical And Telecommunications To The Necessary Extent.
